MULE Returns Terms & Conditions – In-Store & Online Sales
1. General
AtMULE, we want you to love your bike as much as we do! These T&Cs are here to keep things clear and easy whether you shop in-store or online.
2. Returns & Refunds
2.1 Change of Mind
- In-Store:Used bikes are non-returnable, but we’ll always help you choose right first time.
- Online:Return within30 working daysfor refund, exchange or credit (unused, original condition).
- Returns are at the customer's expense. We offerfree exchangesfor mainland UK orders.
- Pre-loved/second-hand bikes arenon-returnableonce delivered.
2.2 Faulty or Defective Bikes
- Let us know within30 daysof receiving your bike.
- We will first aim torepair or replaceany faulty part.
- A refund is only offered if we can't resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
2.3 Warranty Returns
- Warranty issues beyond 30 days follow manufacturer policies.
- We aim torepair firstto get you rolling ASAP.
3. Warranty & Repairs
- All MULE e-bikes come with amanufacturer warrantyon the motor, battery, and frame.
- Not covered: wear and tear, misuse, or modifications.
4. Cancellations
- In-store:All sales are final once the bike leaves the shop.
- Online:Cancel anytimebefore dispatchfor a full refund.
5. Delivery
- We aim to deliver within the timeframe shown at checkout.
- You can choose in-store collection at no extra cost.
- Courier damage isn’t our fault, but we’ll always help resolve issues.
6. Liability
- MULEis not liable for injuries or accidents caused by misuse of your bike.
- Please follow your user manual and local road laws for safe riding.
